What is Lemniscate?
Lemniscate is an end-to-end encrypted, token-native messenger built on its own blockchain by Lemniscate Labs LLC. It combines the features you expect from a modern messenger with a built-in wallet, on-chain calls and token-native tools — no wallet extension, no tracking.
Is it free?
Yes. Messaging and calls are free. Some optional, token-native extras (premium, paid channels, boosts, collectible usernames) use LMNS, but chatting and calling costs nothing.
Do I need crypto knowledge or a wallet extension?
No. Every account automatically gets a non-custodial wallet — generated on your device, no browser extension to install. If you can use a messenger, you can use Lemniscate.
Is it really private and encrypted?
Yes. Messages are end-to-end encrypted by default — your private key never leaves your device, and our servers only ever transport ciphertext. 1:1 call audio and video flow peer-to-peer and aren't stored; large group calls are relayed through our own media server over encrypted connections.

The quality you already expect — but token-native and non-custodial, on its own blockchain. You own your keys and wallet, creators can monetize directly, and value moves as easily as a message. We never sell data and never analyse your content for advertising. Ads appear only as a simple banner strip in Free and Premium — Business is completely ad-free. We only count anonymously how often an ad was clicked, without recording who clicked.
Do I have to buy tokens to use the app?
No. The app is fully usable without buying anything. Tokens only power optional extras. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell tokens or securities, or investment advice.
Is there really its own blockchain?
Yes — the Lemniscate chain. Our own EVM mainnet is live: chain ID 800000, the LRC-20 token standard and a public block explorer. External RPC access opens when the presale ends.

Yes. Calls are peer-to-peer and use a self-hosted relay (TURN) when your network needs it, so 1:1 audio and video work on mobile data and behind most firewalls.
Does it work on more than one device?
Yes. You can link additional devices; your chats, contacts and groups stay in sync end-to-end across them.
What if I lose my phone?
Your account is recovered with your 12-word secret phrase or your encrypted backup file. Keep them safe — there is no password reset, because we never see your keys.
Can businesses and creators earn with it?
Yes. Business tools include broadcast, CRM and webinars; creators can run paid subscription channels (75% of every subscription goes to the creator), pay-per-view posts and ticket events — the proceeds land straight in your in-app wallet.
How do you handle abuse and law enforcement?
Private chats stay end-to-end encrypted; abuse is handled through on-device filters and user reports. Public content is moderated server-side, and we respond only to lawful, properly scoped requests.

Is the encryption quantum-safe?
Lemniscate uses hybrid end-to-end encryption: classic elliptic-curve cryptography combined with the post-quantum algorithm ML-KEM-1024, with AES-256-GCM for the content.
Can I host webinars?
Yes — webinars run right inside the messenger with a public link; viewers can watch without an account. Premium includes 25 viewers, extendable with LMNS up to 200.
How big can group calls get?
Free includes group video for up to 8 people; Premium and Business raise group video calls to 50 seats in Full HD.
Can customers book appointments with me?
Yes — you get a public booking page with your calendar; customers pick a free slot in their own time zone and the appointment lands in your messenger.
How does pricing work?
All prices are fixed in USD and paid in LMNS at the live rate from your built-in wallet — no card, no app-store billing.
Do I need a phone number or email?
No — an account starts with just a handle and a 12-word recovery phrase. Adding an email for login backup is optional.
Does Lemniscate work offline?
An offline mesh mode (beta) lets nearby devices relay messages via Bluetooth when there is no internet — messages sync once you are back online.
Can it translate messages?
Yes — on-device translation turns incoming messages into your language without sending the text to any cloud.
