About us

Communication, owned by you

We’re building the messaging and value layer of Web3 — private by default, owned by its users, and powered by its own blockchain.

Mission

Why we exist

Today’s messengers are owned by corporations that read your metadata, sell your attention and lock you in. Money lives in separate, complicated apps. We think it should all be one thing — private, token-native, and yours.

Privacy by default

End-to-end encryption isn’t a setting — it’s the foundation.

You own it

Non-custodial keys, no tracking, no data selling. Your account is yours.

Token-native

Identity, payments and telephony belong on-chain — not on a corporate server.

The company

Lemniscate Labs LLC

US-registered

Lemniscate Labs LLC is a US limited liability company, registered in Sheridan, Wyoming.

Blockchain services

Beyond Lemniscate, we build token-creation, NFT, ICO and listing services across all major chains. Services →

Global & open

Built for everyone, in 24 languages, with an open ecosystem for builders.

Approach

Real, not hype

Real on-chain telephony

We don’t fake “blockchain telephony” — session, identity and billing genuinely settle on-chain, media stays P2P.

Ship, then chain

The messenger is live today. The chain is built underneath it, step by step — substance over slideware.

Quality over quantity

We curate the best of every modern messenger instead of bloating — premium quality, done right.

Build the future with us

Investors, partners, validators and builders — we’d love to talk.
