Wallet · your second option

Add Lemniscate to MetaMask

Every messenger account already includes a built-in wallet — MetaMask is the second option. As soon as the main chain opens you add the Lemniscate network once and use LMNS like on any EVM chain.

Network values

Published when the presale ends

Network name, RPC address and chain ID go live here the moment the presale closes and the main chain opens. Until then this page deliberately shows no values — entering test data into a wallet gets you nothing.

What you already have today
Your wallet in the messenger is live right now — sending, receiving and paying with LMNS works there without MetaMask and without any extension.

One minute

Step by step

Open the network menu

In MetaMask, click the network selector (top left) and choose “Add network” → “Add a network manually”.

Fill in the five fields

The five values appear on this page as soon as the chain is open — they match MetaMask’s fields one to one.

Save

Confirm. MetaMask may show a note about custom networks — that is normal for every manually added chain.

Switch to Lemniscate

Select Lemniscate as the active network. Your LMNS balance and transactions then appear like on any EVM chain.

Good to know

MetaMask is optional: every Lemniscate account already includes a non-custodial wallet in the messenger, no extension needed. LMNS is the utility token of the Lemniscate network.

MetaMask — FAQ

Do I need MetaMask to use Lemniscate?
No. Every account already has a built-in, non-custodial wallet. MetaMask is only for connecting external EVM networks if you want to.
Can I use MetaMask with it?
Yes. The Lemniscate network is EVM-compatible, so you can add it to MetaMask and other EVM wallets.
How do I add the network?
Use the one-click add button on this page, or enter the network details manually in your wallet.
Is the built-in wallet the same as MetaMask?
Both are self-custody, but the built-in wallet needs no extension and comes from your one Lemniscate secret. You stay in control of your keys either way.
Which network settings do I need?
Use the add-to-MetaMask button on this page — it fills in the RPC endpoint and chain ID 800000 for you.
Do I need MetaMask to use Lemniscate?
No — the messenger has its own built-in wallet. MetaMask is optional for external access to the chain.
Will LMNS show up in MetaMask?
Yes — LMNS is the native coin of the chain, so it appears as the network currency once the network is added.
